Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the Mobile payment method.
Refunds will be processed to the payment method used during purchase, such as:
Mobile Financial Services: Bikash, Nagad, or Roket.
Bank Cards or Online Payment Gateway.
Mobile Financial Services: Within 7 working days.
Online Gateway/MFS: Within 7 to 15 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Within 3 working days.
Order Cancellation: If Pretty Inside is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability, the order may be canceled within 5 working days. If you’ve already made an advance payment, your refund will be processed within 1-15 working days.
If you received cashback, it will be adjusted with the refund.
If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, and you’ve made an online payment, please note that Pretty Inside will charge an online gateway transaction fee while processing the refund.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may involve additional charges depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Non-refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
